Delete your account

In the app

Open Profile in Bookspire and tap Delete account at the very bottom. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send an email to kontakt@bookspire.de – ideally from the address you sign in to Bookspire with, and with your username if you know it. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

your account with email address, username and display name,
your library on the server with notes, ratings and reading data,
your reading room, your reading days and the monthly ranking,
friendships, recommendations, blocks and your reports.

Error reports contain no content and are deleted after 90 days anyway. The data on your device stays until you delete the app – so you can keep using Bookspire without an account.
