For everyone with too many books. So, for you.

How it works
-
Add your books
Scan the ISBN, search for a title or bring your library along – from Goodreads, BookBuddy or any other app with a CSV export.
-
Log your progress
Log the page you are on with just a few taps.
-
Every book counts
Finished books go on your shelves, and each one unlocks something new for your reading room.
Every book gets its place on the shelf.
Books you have read stand on the shelves spine out, unread ones lie on your TBR pile on the ground floor. Tap a shelf to see every title up close.
Shelves full? Your tower grows.
When every shelf on a floor is full, your tower gets a new floor. From outside, you can see how far you have come.
Furnish your reading room.
Wing chairs, candles, rugs, walls of moss stone or star stone, a fireplace instead of the window – every book you finish brings something new. You decide where it goes and in which colour.
Cosy in every season.
The view from the window follows day and night, spring, summer, autumn and winter. And there are special seasons for Halloween, Advent, Easter and Midsummer.
A little you who reads along.
Create your avatar. It strolls through your reading room, sits down in the armchair and reads. New clothes, hairstyles and colours come with every page you log.
And on the side: a proper book tracker.
Behind the tower sits your whole library: every book in one place, with reading status, rating and notes. Plus statistics on your reading year and a reading goal that keeps count.
Sorted your way
Search, filter, add your own tags. Sort by last name, with series in the right order.
Lent out?
Note who has your book right now. That always stays private, even from friends.
Your data is yours
Bring your library from any app with a CSV export, and take it with you just as easily: as a CSV file or a backup.
Something is waiting on the ground floor.
Right from the start, an egg lies in your reading room. With every page you log, it gets a little warmer.
What hatches from it? We won't tell. Read on and find out.
Reading is better together.

Good to know
Do I read the books in the app?
No. You read as usual – on paper, an e-reader or as an audiobook – and only log in Bookspire how far you are.
Can I bring my library?
Yes. Bookspire imports your books from Goodreads, BookBuddy or any CSV file. Books that are already there are skipped. Getting them out again is just as easy: as a CSV file or a backup.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account, everything stays on your device. With one, your library and tower stay the same on all your devices, and you can find friends.
What does Bookspire cost?
Bookspire is free at launch. If paid extras come later, we will announce them beforehand.
When can I start?
Bookspire is coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Join the waitlist and we will write to you as soon as it is ready.
Be there when the tower opens.
